1. Subscription Billing
All subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.

2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a first-month discounted price for evaluation. As such, no refunds are offered once a billing cycle has started.

3. Cancellations
You can cancel your plan anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund previous payments.

4. Exceptions
